Pioneer Security Services has been continuously owned by retired former senior military officers since its establishment in 1979.

From its early years, the company has carried forward a strong tradition of discipline, integrity and responsibility. This legacy has been passed from father to son, preserving the values that have shaped the company and continue to guide its operations today.

LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

The same values and experience continue to be reflected in the leadership of Pioneer Security Services today.

Our Board of Directors comprises a former senior Army officer and a senior Attorney-at-Law.

Maj. Vibeeshan Perera is the present Chairman / Managing Director of the Company, while Mrs. A. S. W. De Silva, Attorney-at-Law, serves as a Directress of the Company.

Supporting the Board, our senior and middle-level operational management includes experienced personnel from military and police backgrounds. Their experience contributes to the effective supervision and coordination of the Company's security operations.

Administrative functions are supported by qualified civilian staff, providing the necessary professional support for the Company's operations.
