OUR HISTORY
Pioneer Security Services was established in 1979 and has developed into an established private security company in Sri Lanka.
For more than four decades, Pioneer has provided security solutions to organizations operating in different environments and with different security requirements.
Our long-standing presence in the industry reflects our ability to adapt to changing security requirements while maintaining consistent operational standards.

OUR HEAD OFFICE
Pioneer operates from its company-owned fully equipped four-story building head office at Mahabuthgamuwa, Angoda, Colombo.
The head office supports administration, coordination and operational management of the entire company.
OUR FACILITIES & AMENITIES
Head office building is equipped with a fully-fledged, MOD-approved Armory, providing a secure room for the storage and control of the company's authorized firearms and related equipment.
It is also a shelter for a centralized Operations Room, equipped with the necessary communication and coordination tools to support operational management, supervision and communication across our security network.
OUR WORKFORCE
Pioneer employs a workforce of more than 1,000 personnel, supported by a well-defined management and operational structure.
A substantial proportion of our field operations team comprises experienced ex-military professionals, complemented by trained civilian personnel, ensuring a disciplined and capable service delivery model.
